Role & responsibilities

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues
- Solid communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders
- Understanding of ITIL principles and incident management lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Office and common tools (excel, outlook etc.)
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (Ivanti, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications All Six Finance modules
- Module-specific expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM & iExpenses
- Expertise in Subledger GL reconciliations.
- Expertise in Budgeting

- Technical Skills - Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues related to Oracle Fusion, including experience with related technologies like OIC Integrations, web services, and Visual Builder

- Basic understanding of system configurations
- Knowledge of reporting tools or financial analytics (if relevant)
- Basic working knowledge of integrations (e.g., Host-to-Host Bank Payments)
