Job Description:

We are looking for an analytical and dynamic Finance & Accounts professional with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and finalization of financial statements.
- Preparation of MIS reports and management reports.
- Financial analysis and presentation of business insights to management.
- Handling GST compliances, return filings, and reconciliations.
- Managing TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordination with auditors and support during audits.
- Preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Ensuring timely closure of books and month-end activities.





Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Dynamic professional with the ability to work independently.
- Must possess excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
