Senior QA Analyst – RPA Testing

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Analyst to join our RPA testing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Functional Testing, QA methodologies, and UiPath-based RPA solutions, along with experience in stakeholder management and coordinating testing activities across multiple teams. The role requires hands-on testing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently drive testing initiatives for large-scale enterprise applications.

- Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring adequate test coverage and timely execution.

- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing for RPA workflows and enterprise applications.

- Validate UiPath automation processes, business rules, exception handling, and end-to-end workflow execution.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and leadership teams to define testing strategies and quality goals.

- Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution schedules.

- Perform data validation using advanced SQL queries.

- Track, manage, and escalate defects using JIRA and Zephyr.

- Support release validation and production deployment testing, including off-hours testing when required.

- Develop and maintain regression test suites to support frequent production releases.

- Participate in requirements, functional, and design reviews to identify risks and ensure test readiness.

- Ensure adherence to QA standards, SDLC processes,



compliance requirements, and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in Functional Testing and QA processes.

- Hands-on experience with UiPath RPA solutions and testing automated workflows.

- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.

- Experience using JIRA and Zephyr for test management and defect tracking.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Valuable-to-Have Skills

- Basic automation knowledge using Selenium with Java.

- Exposure to Appium or other automation tools.

- Experience in Mortgage, Banking, or Digital platforms.

- Experience testing applications integrated with emerging technologies such as RPA, AI/GenAI, or analytics platforms.

Experience

- 6-10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

- Proven experience leading testing activities and working with cross-functional teams on enterprise-scale projects.

- Prior experience in RPA and automation-driven projects is highly preferred.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Certifications in UiPath, Software Testing, Agile, or Automation Testing will be an added advantage.
