About the role

OGS India is seeking a Lead with strong accounting and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. This might be a great fit if you have a strong flair of analytical and accounting skills and would like to be part of a growing team.



You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the monthly financial planning analysis for multiple P&L; departments.
- Perform payroll clean-up, variance analysis and roll-forwards for reasonableness and accuracy.
- Prepare support schedules for inter/intra company allocations, accruals, deferrals, and corresponding journal entries.
- Publish and reconcile the monthly actuals, reforecasts, and budget between TM1 and OneStream.
- Review and reconcile offshore and nearshore charges.
- Assist in the coordination to ensure proper tracking of payroll movements and intercompany cross charges.
- Upkeep and refreshing database for payroll and expenses (P&L;).
- Ad-hoc reporting includes reviewing and submitting financial reports in either system [Excel, TM1, OneStream]. Reports include but are not limited to: Payroll schedules (onshore, nearshore and offshore), P&L;, and Hours.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 6-8 years of experience in business FP&A; Operations (mandatory).
- Having prior experience into R2R processes is (Preferred)
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools
- Having Good Knowledge of US GAAP.
- Flexibility to take up different assignments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, cooperative environment
- Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus
