Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.

Partner with business leaders and managers to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure of key positions.

Lead employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and culture-building programs to improve employee experience and retention.

Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts while ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.

Support and monitor performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, feedback cycles, and performance improvement plans.

Ensure smooth HR operations, policy implementation, attendance management,



and compliance with company procedures.

Maintain HR data, reports, and documentation while leveraging HRMS and digital tools for process efficiency.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations

Experience in recruitment and stakeholder management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in HR tools

Preferred Profile:

Experience working in a rapid-paced digital agency, IT, or Martech environment

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle sensitive employee matters professionally

Strong organizational and decision-making skills
