Job Summary:

Join one of South India's fastest-growing real estate companies and be part of Product Concept & Coordination (C&C;) for large-scale residential projects across Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune.
As part of the Approval Coordination Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that architectural and structural drawings meet all necessary CMDA, DTCP, Fire, EIA, and other NOC/approval regulations, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution and timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance




Ensure all designs adhere to CMDA/DTCP norms and updated local building regulations.
Drawing Coordination
Coordinate and review architectural, structural & MEP drawings.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and product teams to ensure compliance and design efficiency.
Documentation & Submission
Prepare and submit required documents to relevant authorities. Follow up on approval statuses and ensure deadlines are met.
Quality Control
Conduct thorough checks on drawings for accuracy and completeness. Maintain standardization across all documentation and submissions.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Degree in Architecture / Civil / Planning or related field.
Experience: Varies by role (minimum 4+ years preferred).
Robust design, coordination, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end design processes.
