1. As a Senior Performance Test Engineer, you will:

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies for enterprise applications.
- Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance (Soak), and Volume testing to validate application scalability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using LoadRunner and/or Apache JMeter.
- Analyze performance test results, identify system bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance-related issues.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Validate the performance of REST APIs, web services, and microservices-based applications.




- Perform SQL and database performance analysis to identify query and database optimization opportunities.
- Analyze application logs and troubleshoot issues using Linux/Unix command-line tools.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous performance engineering initiatives.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Promote performance engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

2. What You Bring to the Table
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
- Strong expertise in LoadRunner and/or Apache JMeter.
- Experience performing Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance (Soak), and Volume testing.
- Strong understanding of performance test strategy, planning, execution, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis.
- Experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems and log analysis.
- Exposure to Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
