We are looking for a skilled AS400 Developer with experience in RPG programming and IBM i (AS/400) systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing business applications, often integrated with ERP systems such as JD Edwards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support applications on AS/400 (IBM i) platform
- Write and modify programs using:
- RPG III / RPG IV / RPGLE
- CL (Control Language)
- Work with DB2/400 database (file creation, queries, and optimization)
- Analyze and debug existing applications and fix defects
- Participate in system design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with functional teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain)
- Provide production support and resolve user issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation
