Position HVAC Technician

Location - Siruseri Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, split ACs, package units, and chillers.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Monitor HVAC performance and optimize system efficiency.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical and electrical components.
- Inspect compressors, pumps, motors, cooling towers, ducts, and control systems.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance within facility management, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, malls, or industrial facilities.
