- Manage the complete order lifecycle from order receipt to successful delivery.
- Review, prepare, and coordinate customer contracts, purchase orders, and related commercial documents.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores, Logistics, QA, and Finance for seamless order execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery commitments.
- Plan and monitor dispatches to ensure on-time deliveries and avoid liquidated damages (LD).
- Coordinate customer inspections, dispatch clearances, and documentation.
- Prepare and submit contractual correspondence, reports, and customer communications.
- Track pending orders and proactively resolve execution or delivery issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products are ready as per customer delivery schedules.
- Follow up on invoice processing, payment collections, and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate order records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Participate in contract review meetings and provide execution-related inputs.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships by ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve order management processes and customer satisfaction.





- Strong knowledge of Order Management and Contract Administration.
- Experience in customer coordination and commercial documentation.
- Good understanding of dispatch, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally or similar), and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple customer orders and meet deadlines.

- 2 to 6 years of experience in Order Management, Commercial Operations, or Contract Management, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering industry.
- Experience in handling customer orders, contract review, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-up.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
