Technical Skills and Experience

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and Network management.
- Proficiency in managing Desktop hardware/software, OS imaging, and patch management, Printers and peripherals (configuration, troubleshooting), Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi APs).
- Record and audit all IT assets, Experience with Asset management systems and ticketing tools.
- Change management and incident resolution processes. Familiarity with hardware BOM analysis.

Soft Skills and Other Requirements

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
