Sodexo is looking for Project lead for workspace, infrastructure and commercial kitchen projects across India.

Lead execution from RFP stage through handover and financial closure, while building a dependable team of Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead pan-India project execution across multiple sites.
- Deliver projects within committed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Create and manage:
- Macro project schedules
- Detailed activity-level micro schedules

- Control critical path and drive strong activity sequencing.
- Deliver in compressed timelines within structured organisational frameworks.
- Coordinate closely with designers, architects, MEP consultants, business teams, and leadership.
- Ensure strict safety implementation across sites, including onboarding and managing HSE specialists.
- Own billing, bill certifications, contractor payments, variation management, and financial closure.
- Protect project margins and maintain reporting discipline.




- Identify and mitigate execution and commercial risks early.
- Lead RFP processes through planning, costing, presentation, and conversion.
- Develop and strengthen consultant and vendor networks across regions.
- Mentor and manage a team of Project Managers & Supervisors with explicit accountability.
- Act as a doer, review, guide, intervene, and solve on the ground when required.
