Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Manager with strong expertise in Indian taxation and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the accounts department and ensure timely, accurate filings and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- GST Compliance: Preparation and timely filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns (GSTR-9/9C); GST reconciliation with books and GSTR-2B; handling input tax credit
- TDS Compliance: TDS computation, deduction, deposit, and quarterly return filing (24Q, 26Q); issuance of Form 16/16A; reconciliation with Form 26AS
- Income Tax: Finalisation of accounts for income tax purposes; coordination with auditors for tax audit and ITR filing; advance tax computation and payment
- Query Handling: Responding to notices and queries from GST, TDS, and Income Tax departments; liaising with consultants, auditors, and government authorities
- General Accounting: Day-to-day accounting supervision, bank reconciliation, vendor and customer ledger management,



finalisation of books of accounts
- Reporting: Preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries for management

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably with exposure to real estate/construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions and filing procedures
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
- Experience in handling departmental queries, notices, and assessments
- Ability to work independently and manage the accounts function end-to-end
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
