We are looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of creator ecosystems, influencer selection, campaign execution, and performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard influencers and content creators based on brand fit, audience relevance, and engagement quality.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from discovery and outreach to execution and reporting.
- Analyze creator performance, audience insights, and campaign metrics to drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator networks.
- Track campaign effectiveness and ROI through data-driven insights and analytics.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Creator Partnerships.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Expertise in influencer discovery, campaign management, audience analytics, and ROI tracking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
