Role & Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets through effective dealer network management across the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans, market penetration strategies, and business development initiatives.
- Monitor dealer performance, financial health, infrastructure, and process compliance to ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Territory Managers to enhance team productivity and market coverage.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, financiers, and key customers to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, crop patterns, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure execution of sales promotions, brand-building initiatives, customer engagement programs, and organizational projects.
- Provide regular business reviews, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 7+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Management, or Territory Sales.
- Experience in Tractor, Farm Equipment, Agricultural Machinery, Automobile, Commercial Vehicle, or Construction Equipment industries.
- Solid understanding of dealer operations, rural markets, retail financing, and customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage large territories, develop dealer networks, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Agriculture/Mechanical/Automobile) preferred; Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
