Devops Engineer
Location: PAN India
Experience: 5 - 8 Years
We are looking for Devops Engineer with 6+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure on Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Your responsibilities will include designing the infrastructure, develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform scripts, model pipeline, deployment, and setting up chat Bot/voice Bot infrastructure.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Azure and Google stack.
- Expertise in develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform scripts, model pipelines for machine learning models.
- Experience in Integrating with messaging platforms and natural language processing services.
- Deploy applications to production environments and monitor and troubleshoot production systems.
- Experience in setting up and optimize chatbot and voice Bot infrastructure for customer support.
- Integrate Agent Assist solutions seamlessly with existing CRM and support systems to provide a unified and efficient agent interface.
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform, for deploying and managing voice Bots and chatbots.
- Experience in statistical programming languages like Python, database query language SQL, machine learning.
- Experience working in at least one cloud environment ( AWS/Azure/GCP) and model deployment, orchestration, containerization (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with intelligent automation tools, workflow automation, and low code no-code platforms is desirable.
- Knowledge of the application of AI technologies for automation such as natural language processing, virtual agents, computer vision, and neural networks.
- Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
