Role Overview

The Finance Practice Head, reporting directly to the CEO, will lead end-to-end finance operations within Metayb’s Finance Services. This executive role will oversee finance delivery for large and complex global entities, drive financial planning and governance, and lead finance digital transformation initiatives while managing a sizeable and growing finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

- - Serve as the senior-most finance leader within the Metayb Finance COE.
- Lead end-to-end finance operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robust governance
- Oversee FP&A;, Budgeting, Forecasting, R2R, P2P, O2C and Financial Controlling (FC) for large, complex global entities
- Drive finance digital transformation and automation, leveraging ERP platforms, analytics, and intelligent automation
- Establish and embed process excellence frameworks using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead, mentor, and scale a finance organization of ~150 professionals, including senior leadership roles
- Partner closely with CEOs, CFOs, and executive stakeholders to support strategic and data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal control requirements across regions
- Lead finance transitions, migrations,



and standardization across finance towers (FC, FPA, R2R, P2P, O2C)
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, governance cadence, and performance dashboards
- Support business operations across EMEA and Africa, including stakeholder engagement and travel

Candidate Profile

- - 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, preferably within Finance services / Shared Services / Global Captive environments
- Strong expertise in FP&A;, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Controlling for large organizations or marquee clients
- Proven track record in finance transformation, automation, and digital enablement
- Deep understanding of process optimization and continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma
- Demonstrated experience managing and scaling large finance teams (~150+)
- Solid executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in EMEA / WAT shifts (12 PM – 9 PM IST)
- Willingness to travel to Africa as required

Preferred Qualifications

- - CA (Chartered Accountant) only
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification
- Experience with SAP / Oracle and finance automation tools
- Exposure to EMEA and Africa markets
