Role & responsibilities

* Lead the planning, execution, monitoring of civil and interior fit-out projects.

* Manage the complete project lifecycle for luxury hotels, hospitals, medical centers, commercial buildings, and corporate interior projects.

* Oversee structural works, finishing works, and interior fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Prepare, monitor, and update detailed project schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.

* Plan and manage procurement activities, ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources.

* Supervise site execution, installation, finishing, and fit-out activities while maintaining design intent and brand standards.

* Review construction drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements before execution.

* Provide technical support during design development by evaluating construction methods, materials, and value engineering opportunities.

* Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure effective resource utilization.

* Prepare project progress reports, review project performance, and present updates to management and clients.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations,



statutory requirements, and company quality procedures.

* Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.

* Verify contractor bills, client billing, quantity measurements, and project cost variations.

* Coordinate testing, inspections, snagging, commissioning, and final project handover.

* Maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, site instructions, and completion records.

* Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve high-performance project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and interior fit-out project management.

* Experience in luxury hospitality, healthcare, commercial, and corporate interior projects.

* Solid knowledge of structural works, finishing works, interior fit-out, quantity surveying, and billing.

* Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera and AutoCAD.

* Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
