ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Both Freshers and Experienced

Any graduate and Diploma graduate

Valuable communication skills in English, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi (English+ any one language mandatory)

Flexibility to work in rotational shift and take rotational week-offs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism

Address queries, complaints and service requests

Stay updated on company service and policies

COMPENSATION

cab (Applicable for Guindy location)

General shift for Womens

SALARY

Fresher - 18,000 (Take home) + Incentives

Experienced - Upto 23,000 (Take home) + Incentives
