Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Lead with strong .NET Full Stack expertise and deep knowledge of the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging business requirements with technical solutions, leading development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead end-to-end application design, development, and implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Participate in requirement gathering, effort estimation, and solution design.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality processes.
- Support production issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to release planning.

Technical Skills:

- Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, and MVC.




- Expertise in front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.

Domain Expertise:

- Solid understanding of US Healthcare processes and regulations.
- Experience with HIPAA compliance, Claims Processing, Eligibility, Enrollment, and Provider Management.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI transactions is preferred.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in .NET Full Stack development.
- Proven experience in a Techno-Functional or Lead role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
