We are looking for enthusiastic B.Com graduates who are eager to start their careers in Finance and SAP Treasury. As a Finance Associate, you will work with experienced professionals to support treasury and finance operations, learn SAP S/4HANA Treasury processes, and contribute to global client projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance & Treasury Support

- Assist in day-to-day treasury and finance operations.
- Support cash flow tracking and bank reconciliation activities.
- Help maintain banking and payment-related records.
- Assist in preparing finance reports and MIS.

2. SAP Learning & Project Support

- Learn SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury modules through structured training.
- Support consultants in system testing and documentation.
- Assist in data validation and master data maintenance.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

3. Financial Operations

- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Assist with payment processing and bank statement reconciliation.
- Help maintain financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal finance teams for daily operational activities.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare process documentation and reports.
- Maintain project trackers and status updates.
- Support audit documentation and compliance activities.
- Assist in creating presentations and business reports.

Required Skills





- Bachelor's degree in B.Com (2025/2026 graduates preferred).
- Basic understanding of Accounting and Finance principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn SAP and ERP technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software.
- Basic understanding of banking and treasury concepts.
- Internship experience in Finance or Accounts (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications

- B.Com (General / Accounting & Finance / Corporate Secretaryship or equivalent).
- Consistent academic performance.
- Certifications in MS Excel, SAP, Finance, or Banking will be an added advantage.
