The HR Cum Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities and supporting accounting and finance operations. The role ensures smooth employee administration, statutory compliance, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and coordination with internal departments.Role & responsibilities
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Record daily accounting transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and petty cash.
