Responsibilities
• Flexibly implement MocDoc's software solutions and provide hands-on customer training as needed.
• Proactively identify and document diverse use cases for software features.
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions, assess needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct detailed weekly reviews of closed support cases to monitor and enhance process compliance.
• Exhibit customer-oriented adaptability to handle diverse customer profiles effectively.
• Identify service quality gaps,
propose solutions, and spearhead initiatives to enhance customer service.
• Prioritize and execute tasks effectively to meet competing deadlines.
Required Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in remote IT application support (Voice Support).
• Background in the Healthcare domain is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
• A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and exceed expectations.
• Availability to travel as required.
• Robust interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
