Celcom Solutions Global is looking to hire a highly analytical, domain-expert Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in the Capital Markets space.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the delivery of complex systems in Asset Management, Broker Management, and Equity Trading platforms.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a critical role in defining system architectures, optimizing trading workflows, and managing critical business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Domain Expertise & Solutioning (Asset Management & Trading).
Act as the primary SME for Equity Trading lifecycles, including order generation, execution management (EMS/OMS), clearing, and settlement.
Deeply understand Asset Management workflows (portfolio construction, rebalancing, compliance monitoring, and corporate actions).




Define and optimize Broker Management systems, including broker onboarding, performance evaluation, commission tracking, and routing logic.
Business Analysis & Requirement Engineering.
Lead requirement-gathering sessions with portfolio managers, traders, compliance officers, and external brokers.
Stakeholder Management & Communication.
Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders and vice versa.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Experience: Strictly 10+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services / Capital Markets industry.
Domain Knowledge: Core expertise in Equity markets is mandatory. Robust functional knowledge of Asset Management, Broker Management.
