Role & responsibilities

IT Manager Supply Chain Engineering to provide robust people leadership, delivery management, and execution oversight across Supply Chain SDS teams.
This role will be responsible for managing and developing engineering team members, driving delivery discipline, improving predictability, managing risks and dependencies, and partnering with stakeholders across Supply Chain SDS to ensure effective execution.
In addition to core people and delivery responsibilities, this role will help strengthen engineering execution maturity across teams by improving quality practices, automation adoption, engineering governance, delivery metrics, reusable practices, and continuous improvement.



This aligns with the broader Supply Chain SDS direction of building scalable engineering maturity through standardized engineering practices, automation, quality engineering, observability, AI-assisted engineering, and delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide people leadership for Supply Chain Engineering team members, including coaching, mentoring, engagement, performance support, and career development.
• Manage day-to-day delivery execution, priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across assigned teams.
