Role & responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP CO modules CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA.

Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within SLA timelines.

Support month-end closing activities, allocations, settlements, and variance analysis.

Monitor and resolve integration issues with FI, MM, SD, PP.

Implement minor enhancements, configuration changes, and bug fixes.

Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with business users for issue clarification and solution delivery.

Maintain proper documentation and knowledge management artifacts.

Required Skills and Experience.

48 years of experience in SAP CO support AMS projects.

Strong hands-on expertise in Cost Center Accounting CCA.

Strong hands-on expertise in Internal Orders and Allocations.

Strong hands-on expertise in Product Costing.

Robust hands-on expertise in CO-PA Account Based or Costing Based.

Good understanding of FI-CO integration.

Experience in incident management tools ServiceNow, etc.

Exposure to S/4HANA CO is preferred.
