Engineers who are robust hands-on developers first and foremost, with solid experience across COBOL, JCL and DB2, and who are comfortable working across both change and live support.

Mainframe tooling -
- VS Code for mainframe development - 2 to 5 years
- Zowe (CLI or VS Code plugin) - 2 to 5 years
- IBM modern tooling (IDz or similar) - 2 to 5 years
Exposure to cloud-based stack (GCP) - up to 2 years
