Job Description

We are hiring Associates for a Healthcare Operations project involving Membership and Claims Processing.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Healthcare Membership and Claims transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and quality while handling transactions.
- Work on email-based communication and operational tasks.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBA, or equivalent).




- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Must be based in Chennai and within transport boundary for CDC5.
- Good English communication, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Strong email drafting abilities.
- No academic arrears/backlogs.
- Must have a Wi-Fi connection at home.
- Candidates with prior experience should be able to provide PF details from previous employers (if applicable).
- Willingness to work from office 5 days a week.
