Position Title

AI Integrator – ServiceNow & Python

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Integrator with strong Python development skills and working knowledge of ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating AI-powered solutions with enterprise applications and collaborating closely with ServiceNow developers to enhance automation, workflow efficiency, and user experiences.

This role requires a blend of AI/GenAI expertise, Python programming, API integrations, and ServiceNow platform knowledge to support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions and integrations across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into ServiceNow workflows and processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Python, REST APIs, and web services.
- Build and deploy Generative AI, machine learning, and automation solutions.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms into business applications.
- Work with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Service Portal, Workflow, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Create scalable, secure, and efficient AI-driven automations.




- Troubleshoot and optimize integrations, APIs, and workflows.
- Support proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilots, and production deployments of AI initiatives.
- Document technical solutions, integration patterns, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.
- Experience integrating AI services using APIs.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, RAG architectures, or Vector Databases.
- Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
- Experience in enterprise automation and digital transformation projects.
