We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Backend-Focused Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS applications. This role requires deep expertise in Node.js, API development, database architecture, cloud technologies, and modern AI-assisted software development practices.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must actively use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub CoPilot, Cursor, or similar platforms as part of their daily development workflow. The ability to leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, code reviews, documentation, testing, architecture recommendations, and productivity enhancement is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Backend & SaaS Platform Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures that support business growth and scalability.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), and data protection best practices.
- Integrate and manage third-party services including payment gateways, email platforms, analytics tools, and external APIs.
- Develop SaaS features such as subscription management, user permissions, activity tracking, monitoring, and logging.




- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability.

AI-Assisted Development

- Actively use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Leverage tools such as:
- Claude
- GitHub CoPilot
- Cursor AI

- Utilize AI tools for debugging, code reviews, documentation generation, test case creation, and architectural recommendations.
- Stay updated with emerging AI engineering practices and integrate them into development workflows.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with SaaS platform development and multi-tenant architectures.
