Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Executive with 2 - 7 years of core AP experience to manage end-to-end accounts payable operations. The role requires robust expertise in invoice processing, reconciliations, payment handling, and stakeholder management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory due to regular interaction with international vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete AP process including invoice verification, coding, 2-way/3-way matching, and payment processing.
- Manage vendor reconciliations, resolve invoice/payment discrepancies, and clear aging items.
- Process employee expense reimbursements (T&E;) as per company policy. .
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for PO/GR issue resolution.
- Support month-end close activities, accruals,



reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong Accounts Payable and vendor management experience.
- Good understanding of reconciliations, payment processing, and AP controls.
- Experience working on ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
- Hindi Speaking is preferred.
