- Set up and install products at client sites.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to product setup, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of products into client systems.
- Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of sensor-related technologies.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of sensor technology and its applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for installation and support purposes.
