About the Role:

We are looking for experienced C++ Developers (Junior and Senior) to join our engineering team working on high-performance, real-world applications. The ideal candidate should have strong C++ fundamentals, solid object-oriented design skills, and experience on the Windows development stack. You will work on complex, modular codebases and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications on the Windows platform.
- Use object-oriented design to build modular, maintainable software.
- Work with Visual C++, Platform SDK, and related Windows tools.
- Implement and optimize algorithms and core logic for performance.
- Handle memory management and other low-level C/C++ concepts.
- Follow and adapt to existing coding standards and documentation styles.
- Debug and resolve issues in large C++ codebases.




- Collaborate with QA, Product, UI/UX, and other developers.
- Contribute to code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

- 3+ years of C++ development experience (Junior: 45 years; Senior: ~10 years).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development.
- Solid grasp of C/C++ concepts such as memory management, pointers, references, and resource handling.
- Familiarity with Windows development stack (Visual C++, Platform SDK).
- Solid problem-solving and algorithm design skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a new coding style and documentation standards.
