- Design and develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
- Coordinate MEP activities with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare calculations, drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and technical reports.
- Monitor installation and commissioning of MEP systems in office.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Support project handover and maintenance activities.
