Quality Interface when customer audit will be done in production facility related to recent product PPAP and customer related Quality System Audits / Third party audits. Lead the Internal audit Management (QMS audit / Process audit / Product audit schedule and perform as per requirements) Perform the Internal/Process/Product and Layer-Process-Audit/Countermeasure Effectiveness-Verification Audit on monthly Basis and follow up the W3-Items. Ensure audit NC analysis and closure (W3) as per timeline. Communicate with Customer specific requirements across the plant. Co-ordinate to evaluate department wise Risk assessment / Contingency plan. Lead the Root cause analysis for Customer situation for Development / zero km (SOP + Safe launch) follow the 8D /PDCA/FTA methodology. Implement Countermeasure (sorting/repair/others)/ update the Horizonal deployment & Standardization. (FMEA, Control plan, Work instruction & Checksheet). Provide Monthly reports and product datas to JEPL and HQ / China / Europe Corporate functions that can help to analyze the problem to improve quality quickly and to prevent from reoccurrence. Establish the equipment calibration plan and complete the calibration as per the plan with certified agency
