Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Design, execute, and monitor A/B tests using Optimizely Web and/or Feature Experimentation.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and hypotheses for digital experiments.
- Analyze experiment performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics tools.
- Interpret data and provide actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers, and stakeholders throughout the experimentation lifecycle.
- Validate experiment implementation by reviewing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript elements.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of experiment results.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders.




- Support continuous optimization initiatives to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Optimizely Web Experimentation and/or Optimizely Feature Experimentation.
- Robust understanding of A/B Testing, hypothesis creation, statistical significance, and success metrics.
- Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar digital analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for experiment validation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
