Experience: 3.5 - 7 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

- The Person is responsible for managing the ongoing client engagements on a daily basis including operations and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Research and enrich existing product offerings
- Build & ensure all relevant data templates are available for spend analysis
- Interacting with client and Managing relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure on time and quality delivery of regular reports and dashboards & tracks delivery KPIs.
- Responsible for product/capability demo to internal & external stakeholders.
- Active participation in capability development initiatives leading to value added projects for clients.
- Measure, track and meet SLA metrics (schedule adherence, accuracy, timeliness etc.) / Performance & People Management
- The candidate should be able to challenge conventional thought,



offer unique perspectives and conceive innovative solutions for clients.
- Familiarity with procurement intelligence & its impact on procurement activity
- Required Skills

Primary Skills

- Should have Spend/Procurement analytics related experience.
- Should have procurement related project delivery experience.
- Slice and dice data, present spend info in relevant desirable formats for easy inference and decision making for clients.
- Passionate to research new trends happening in P2P cycle and adopt it.
- Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain/Operations concepts
- Strong analytical abilities, with attention to detail
- Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
- Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools such as MS Access, SQL, MS Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBI,VBA etc..,
- Experience retrieving/summarizing big transactional data sets and integrating those data with customer and merchandise data to develop new insights.
