Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager with proven experience in the Real Estate industry to lead our organic search strategy and improve the online visibility of our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, and performance analysis, with a robust understanding of the real estate market and customer search behavior.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, search rankings, and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research focused on real estate projects, locations, and customer search intent.
- Optimize website architecture, landing pages, project pages, blogs, and other digital assets for maximum search engine visibility.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve website performance, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content, design, web development, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Analyze competitors, identify opportunities,



and prepare actionable SEO reports with measurable KPIs.
- Track keyword rankings, organic conversions, and lead quality, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and implement necessary improvements.
- Work closely with paid marketing teams to maximize overall digital marketing performance.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
- Solid understanding of website architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, schema markup, and XML sitemaps.
- Experience optimizing websites for Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5–8 years of SEO experience.
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, keyword rankings, and qualified lead generation for real estate projects.
- Experience managing SEO for multiple residential and commercial project websites.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Analytics (GA4) Certification or Google Digital Marketing Certification.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and SEO-driven content marketing.
