We're Hiring | Manager Business Development (Audio Visual Projects)

Online Instruments India Ltd is looking for an energetic and well-connected Manager – Business Development to expand our presence in the Audio Visual (AV) Solutions industry.

Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Architects, Consultants, and corporate clients.
Identify recent business opportunities in the AV market through networking and client visits
Meet with corporate clients to introduce our Audio Visual solutions and capabilities
Understand client requirements, upcoming projects, and decision-making processes
Generate qualified leads and hand them over to the Sales team for solutioning and closure




Maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming AV infrastructure projects

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in Business Development
Existing network with PMCs, Architects, Consultants, Interior Designers, and Corporate Clients is must
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strong market knowledge and the ability to identify new business opportunities
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
