Position : Cigarette filter technician
Qualification : BE (mech ) or Diploma in mechanical engineering
Experience : 08 to 10 years
- Candidate should have domain experience on Cigarette filters
- Primarily complete process knowledge on Mono, flavour and capsule filter processing
- Deep machine knowledge on KDF AF2R as well KDF NEO with format change capability ( Super slim to king segments )
- Add-on expectation from the candidate, should possess leadership quality to lead the division independently.. Liaising with inter department such as procurement, spares parts, logistics and HR for effective resources management.
- Essential exposure on latest operational technics, such as:
- Periodic machine maintenance scheduling for the upliftment of the productivity
- Adherence to the product quality in-line with the customer agreed specification limits
- Inculcation of safety culture among the team and effective 5S in the floor
