Roles & Responsibilities (20 Points):
1. Provide input for fabrication strategy aligned with production goals.
2. Plan and monitor monthly/daily fabrication schedules.
3. Ensure manpower, material, and tool readiness with planning team.
4. Promote safety culture and implement safety initiatives.
5. Review LMRA, audits, and initiate safety actions.
6. Drive accident investigations and implement CAPA.

Encourage near-miss reporting and preventive actions.
8. Conduct regular safety checks and issue warnings as required.
9. Approve fabrication process sheets and monitor shift-wise production.
10. Track actual vs. budgeted hours and analyze variances.
11. Address delays due to equipment or material issues.
12. Ensure audit readiness and compliance with standards.
13. Monitor rework costs and drive reduction initiatives.
14. Improve first-time acceptance and minimize rejections.
15. Identify poor performers and initiate training or corrective actions.
16. Implement cost-saving measures and resource optimization.
17. Drive kaizen and 5S implementation across shop floor.
18. Monitor policy compliance and suggest process improvements.
19. Lead team development, appraisals, and performance management.
20. Maintain healthy industrial relations and guide team growth.
