Notice Period/LWD - (Candidate serving notice period will be preferred)

- Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities (Value Engineering basics)
- Experience in component engineering (alternate parts, obsolescence handling)




- Knowledge of electronic and electro-mechanical components (relays, transformers, contactors, ICs, capacitors)
- Exposure to schematic and PCB tools (OrCAD, DxDesigner, Allegro)
- Understanding of DFM/DFT and manufacturing processes (PCB fabrication, assembly)
- Ability to create and execute test plans (based on datasheets and applications)
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (multimeter, DSO, LCR meter, power supply)
- Knowledge of reliability concepts (MTBF/MMBTF)
- Awareness of compliance standards (UL, CE, RoHS, REACH)
- Experience in documentation and BOM management
