What will you be responsible for?

We are looking for a Sitecore Full Stack Developer - Lead to work on endtoend development of Sitecorebased digital platforms. This is a purely handson engineering role where you will actively design, build, test, deploy, and support solutions across frontend, backend, CMS, and cloud layers.

You will collaborate closely with technical leads, architects, QA, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into productionready implementations. This role requires strong ownership, a solid understanding of Sitecore development concepts, and the ability to contribute meaningfully across the full stack.

What would your week look like?

- Develop and enhance Sitecorebased applications using C#, .NET, and Sitecore APIs
- Build and maintain Sitecore components, templates, renderings, and content models
- Implement frontend experiences using React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, integrated with Sitecore (Headless or MVC)
- Develop backend services and APIs supporting Sitecoredriven experiences
- Work with SQL databases, writing efficient queries and supporting data models
- Participate in endtoend development: design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Collaborate with technical leads, architects, QA, and product owners to deliver highquality solutions
- Follow coding standards,



security guidelines, and performance best practices
- Participate actively in code reviews and technical discussions
- Support production issues and contribute to rootcause analysis when required

Who we are looking for?

- 6–9 years of handson software development experience
- Proven experience working with Sitecore CMS (Sitecore XP/XM, XM CLoud or Headless)
- Solid development experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Web/API development
- Experience building frontend applications using React and/or Next.js
- Working experience with SQL databases
- Exposure to Azure Cloud for application hosting and deployments
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of SDLC, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within an engineering team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to cloudnative or enterprisescale architectures

- Familiarity with performance, security, and scalability best practices
- Interest in learning deeper platform and architectural concepts over time
- Experience with Healthcare.
