What You'll Do

- Build responsive, accessible UI in React and Next.js (App Router) with TypeScript and a contemporary component library.
- Write server endpoints as Next.js route handlers, following a clean Route to Store to database pattern: thin data-access layers, SQL kept in the store, routes that stay HTTP-shaped.
- Write and maintain SQL scripts, and data visualizations (for example, with D3).
- Use AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) every day to scaffold, refactor, test, and debug, and know when to check their output.
- Write unit and component tests plus end-to-end tests, and keep lint, naming, and security checks passing.
- Ship through a standard branch and PR flow (feature/* to develop to release/* to main) and take code review well.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, and retros.
- Help troubleshoot and verify work across dev and QA.

What You'll Bring

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field,



or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 1 to 3 years of software engineering experience. Internships and strong project work count.
- Solid fundamentals in TypeScript and JavaScript, React, and HTML/CSS.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), plus REST and HTTP.
- Comfort with Git, pull-request workflows, and writing automated tests.
- Real experience using AI coding assistants in your work.
- Experience with the Next.js App Router, server components, and route handlers.
- Familiarity with containers (Docker) and CI/CD (for example, GitHub Actions), and some exposure to a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with AI SDKs and LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or similar).
- Some familiarity with risk and regulatory processes (RCSA, controls testing, regulatory change) is a plus.
