We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Product Owner who is also an efficient Scrum Master to join our team in building healthcare applications that meet the needs of our customers. To help us continue expanding our offerings, were in search of an experienced product owner to partner with our Vice President of Product and to work with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. Were looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.

Objectives of this role

- Manage the product processes for cross-functional teams
- Analyze and support customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships
- Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
- Analyze product requirements, develop, and deliver them to market
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate development plans .Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
- Work with product, development, QA and other stakeholder teams to prioritize product backlog.

Responsibilities Include (not limited to):

- Work 2 PM to 11 PM IST shift, to coordinate with cross functional teams across international time zones.
- Report and work with Vice President of Product, on product vision, roadmap, development strategy, and product processes.
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research,



competitor analysis, requirements and roadmap development.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development by engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that hinder the teams progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of strong experience in a energetic product management or product owner role.
- 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or product owner.
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- High effectiveness in working with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies with no manager oversight.

Preferred Skills and qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer / related stream • Previous experience in SaaS Product and web development.
- Experience in Healthcare SaaS is strongly preferred.
- Proven success as a product developer, manager, or owner in a nonmanagerial role.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira.
