Role Overview: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional "Time & Labor"

Functional Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solutions, including:
Configuration of time categories, time rules, and time entry layouts
Integration with Absence Management and payroll processes
Design and configuration of overtime, premium pay, shift differentials, and labor distribution
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and effectively translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
Develop high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and comprehensive solution blueprints.
Configure and optimize Time and Labor rules in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
Support production operations, system testing cycles, and payroll reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and stability.
Provide strategic guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and industry best practices.

Technical Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle Time and Labor and key modules, including:
Payroll
Absence Management
Core HR
Quickly learn Third-party time capture systems, its reporting capabilities, SQL based data analysis (e.g., Monarch) (mandatory),




Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in:
HDL/HSDL data loads and data migration activities
Fast Formula development for time validation and payroll processing
BI Publisher and OTBI reporting for Time and Labor analytics
Collaborate closely with technical teams to support REST/SOAP integrations, system interfaces, and data conversions.
Diagnose and resolve production issues, delivering detailed root cause analysis and sustainable solutions
