Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong technical expertise in Dynamics CRM customization, development, integrations, and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and CRM portals.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications using Azure services, APIs, and Web Services.
- Work closely with functional teams across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, deployment, and support of Dynamics CRM projects.

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
- Hands-on experience with C#,



.NET Framework, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CRM SDK, SQL Server, and Web Services.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Expertise in CRM customization (Entities, Forms, Business Process Flows, Workflows, Business Rules).
- Experience developing Plugins using C#.
- Positive knowledge of Security Roles, Business Units, and Field Level Security.
- Experience with Data Migration and Deployments.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 using Azure services and REST APIs.
- Experience with PCF Controls, Canvas Apps, and Custom Pages.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (MB-210 Dynamics 365 Customer Service).
- Experience with CRM Portals, Unified Service Desk (USD), and Field Service.
- Experience deploying Dynamics CRM solutions on handheld/mobile devices.
- Experience in multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
