Your Role

As a WiFi/Bluetooth Application Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of wireless connectivity applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions while leading a team of engineers.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the design and development of WiFi and Bluetooth-based applications
- Architect and implement wireless connectivity solutions across embedded and application platforms
- Collaborate with firmware, hardware, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration
- Optimize performance,



power efficiency, and reliability of connectivity modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex real-world connectivity issues
- Ensure compliance with IEEE 802.11 and Bluetooth SIG standards
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the team
- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence within the team
- Support product roadmaps by contributing to technical planning and feature design
- Evaluate and integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and connectivity stacks

Your Profile

- 814 years of experience in WiFi/Bluetooth application or embedded development
- Strong expertise in WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and Bluetooth (Classic BLE)
- Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, MQTT, CoAP
- Solid background in embedded systems, Linux, or RTOS environments
- Proficiency in C/C++ (mandatory), Python/Java (good to have)
- Hands-on experience with Bluetooth profiles (GATT, GAP, A2DP, HID)
- Familiarity with debugging tools like Wireshark, Bluetooth sniffers, protocol analyzers
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
