Role & responsibilities

- Design and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
- Build AI solutions using RAG, Multi-Agent systems, LangChain and LangGraph.
- Develop scalable AI applications using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Deploy AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business problems and implement AI solutions.
- Drive end-to-end deployment from prototype to production.
- Define deployment architecture for cloud and on-prem environments.
- Work closely with product engineering teams to enhance AI platforms.
- Mentor stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Required Skills

- 15+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, LangChain and Agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and CI/CD.
- Experience in Python, Machine Learning and Data Science.
- Customer-facing consulting experience.
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Solution Architecture.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG,



Multi-Agent Systems, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience deploying production-grade AI solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/GitLab, and DevOps best practices.
- Excellent customer-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end technical delivery and work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
