Profile: Student Mentor (Male)

Mandatory: Mentors are required to stay with the students. Food and accommodation will be provided in the same hostel and borne by PW.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Student Management

- Create a supportive and inclusive environment for students.
- Foster positive relationships and effective communication.
- Address academic and non-academic concerns.
- Guide students to overcome challenges and excel.

Schedule Management

- Ensure adherence to daily schedules and routines.
- Monitor progress on tasks and assignments.
- Help students prioritize and manage their time effectively.

Discipline & Attendance

- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with rules.
- Monitor attendance and report irregularities.
- Address behavioral issues promptly.

Financial Management

- Coordinate timely collection of hostel consulting fees with the Central Finance Team.
- Communicate with students and parents regarding payments and concerns.

Parent Communication

- Keep parents informed about student progress and achievements.




- Share significant feedback and concerns in a timely manner.

Doubt Resolution & Resource Management

- Collect and communicate student doubts to the doubt faculty.
- Coordinate the distribution of study materials and DPPs.
- Ensure timely access to academic resources.

Emotional Support

- Build rapport and provide guidance and motivation.
- Listen attentively to students’ concerns.
- Foster a nurturing and positive environment.

Test Management

- Ensure students appear for scheduled tests.
- Supervise examinations and related logistics.
- Facilitate evaluation and feedback.

Study Material Management

- Ensure timely availability of notes, workbooks, and test papers.
- Coordinate timely updates of MEGA test results on the app.
- Distribute Mind Maps and PYQ materials promptly.

Transportation & Accompaniment

- Oversee transportation arrangements.
- Accompany students during travel and ensure their safety.
